Lisa's Baked Beans
Ingredients:

Kidney Beans

Dark Karo Syrup

Bacon

1 Medium

Onion

Brown Sugar
|
|
Directions:
|
Drain beans of all juice. Put Beans in 9x11 Baking pan. Stir in onions and syrup. Fry bacon until crunchy leaving 5 strips raw. Crumble fried bacon into beans. Add brown sugar until it taste's good. Place remaining bacon on top & bake at 325 for 30-35 min. Check often. When bacon is done remove and let cool.

Trista's Vegetarian Herb-Stuffed Mushrooms
Ingredients:

24 medium
|
Mushrooms, about 1 pound
|
6 Tbsp
|
Margarine
|
1 small
|
Onion, chopped
|
¼ tsp
|
Garlic powder, or 2 cloves garlic, minced
|
1(3oz) pkg
|
Low-fat cream cheese, softened
|
3 Tbsp
|
Grated parmesan
|
2 Tbsp
|
Chopped fresh parsley leaves, or 2tsp dried parsley flakes
|
1 cup pkg.
|
Herb-seasoned stuffed croutons

Directions:
|
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Remove stems from mushrooms. Chop enough stems to make 1 cup. Melt 2 tablespoons margarine in saucepan. Brush mushroom cap tops with margarine, place top side down in shallow baking pan and brush undersides of caps. Heat the remaining margarine in same saucepan. Add chopped mushroom stems, onion and garlic and cook until tender. Stir in cream cheese, combining with fork if necessary. Add Parmesan cheese, parsley and herb seasoned stuffing. Mix thoroughly. Spoon about 1 tablespoon stuffing mixture into each mushroom cap. Bake until heated through.

Ingredients:

Frozen hash browns
|
1/2 Cup

Melted butter
|
1 Can

Cream of Chicken Soup
|
2 Cups
|
Shredded cheddar cheese
|
1 Pt.
|
Sour Cream
|
Topping:
|
|
1/2 Cup
|
Melted Butter
|
2 Cups
|
Crushed Crackers
|
Directions:
|
Mix all ingredients except hash browns. Mix well add hash browns. Place in 9x13 pan. Mix all topping and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 for 1 hour
